DOWN RIVER

"Down River" is a series of acrylic paintings based on the song "down river" of Gravenhurst.

The paintings evolved over one half year. The goal was to find symbols and arrangement of forms referring to part of the lyrics or the songs dynamics and atmosphere. In the end i selected a row of images that not really tell a concrete story but capture the songs "spirit".
